Very nice unit replacement for my 20 year old Jeep Liberty

Had Apple Car Play installed in her 2016 Toyota Avalon for Christmas this year. The guys at the Frisco location handled everything perfectly and got it done in about 2&1/2 hours. Works perfectly and my wife was thrilled to have all the " extras" that Car Play offers. Best Buy for the win !

Ordered this digital radio receiver for our old 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 truck we just bought as we love these radios - we have installed them in all of our vehicles - we also ordered and installed a backip camera - only thnng is, fof the older trucks the witing 8s tricky and not as "pretty", well because these ttucks were made befor all 8f these fancy electronics - also, fof the backup camera, we rzn into a problem with the turn signal lever - this seems to be a spnewhat common problem with the oldef vehicles, as the latching becomes loose over the years - we searched for and found a video, for which we are going to hopefully resolve the problem - the backup camera works, but you have to keep hold of the lever - so we are hoping that the video resolution solves that problem BEST BUY: Please make your text entry box bigger, I was not able to go back and fix my typos, so I hope people can read and understand my post

Works great for a low-price CarPlay option! I have had 0 issues with it since I had this put in my 2012 Escape. One caveat is they removed my volume dial during installation, so I can now only use the small volume button on the left of the screen and my steering wheel controls. Other than that though it is excellent!

Nice product, I love my radio. Had a few hiccups as far as the harness. But the sound is good, the tecnhical setup is user friendly.

I had a roller coaster of an experience at Best Buy with my last purchase. I purchased a car stereo for my wife as a Christmas present. At first I was really happy with the everything. The website was very helpful to buy and schedule my appointment for installation. But to get the installation the day after Christmas I had to travel an hour away to the el Camino store. No problem. However when I arrived the they said it would take two hours. Ok! But after walking around with my wife and two kids for two hours and driving an hour to get they told me they would not be able to complete my installation and would have to come back. So I wasted 4 hours of my day and would have to reschedule. I returned the following weekend and it took all day but they finally got the car stereo installed. Not the best experience but they did find someone that knew what they were doing and was able to complete the installation. It just took 2 weekends and 10 hours.

It works perfectly. Definitely would recommend. Very budget friendly

Install was a little more than difficult. That was due to the vehicle i was installing it in, not this radio. Overall impressed with operation and features. Gm non bose system and it sounds pretty good with a little fine tuning. Camera works well also. Do your due diligence to ensure you get the correct interface harness.

I really wish this unit had a volume knob. The touch screen on the far right plus or minus for volume does not work as it should and very cumbersome while driving.
