Connects to Android Auto quickly. The only downside I've seen so far is that occasionally if a message comes in or you use your phone for something outside of the app, I have had issues with disconnection or freezing up. The fix is to unplug the phone then replug it in. This only happened a handful of times, but enough to drop it down to 4 stars. Otherwise, the controls are easy to use, if not in Android auto, you can scroll clockwise and counterclockwise in the middle of the screen to adjust the volume instead of the volume up or down on the side. It works as a virtual dial. Set up is easy and the controls respond well. You can use Waze or Google Maps for GPS.

This JVC product was exactly what I was looking for. The display was an optimal size for my vehicle and very easy to navigate and use the various functions. And it had a cd player for my old school ways

Got a great deal online. It was shipped to my house. Super fast and free installation.. Setting up the appointment for installation with super easy had great customer service. I would highly recommend this stereo. It looks great in my sprinter. Van and as a built-in CD player..

The unit has good sound and is easy to use. The Best Buy installer did a fantastic job, working quickly and making it look just like a factory install.

The display on the double DIN receiver is both bright and large. The features are easily accessed, although the volume control lacks a knob. I control the volume through steering wheel controls which work fine. I use the mirroring feature with my iphone for GPS-based mapping, and the voice giving directions is louder than I would like. Although that feature should be controllable, neither the steering wheel or the receiver volume controls seem to affect the loudness. The sound is not objectionable, merely louder than I would like. All in all, I recommend the receiver and would buy it again.

Looks nice, plays music well and works with Android Auto (USB tethered) but I don't like that you have to go through a couple screens to eject a CD - should be a physical button. The other big issue is that the lines for my backup camera are up in the air and when I go to settings it tells me it's not allowed for me to change it. Even when in park. Have to take it in to be fixed, must be a missing wire connection or something.

It was one of the few receiver heads for my car, so I was limited. Plus - I didn't lose any functionality in my car's original features (though that is likely due to the maestro box that I had installed rather than the head). Cons - no volume knob and the screen is small.

Sounds great! New JVC, speaker and back up camera. Too bad I had to disconnect the power antenna, it goes up every time you unit goes on.

Very nice radio/cd player. Haven’t tried the dvd yet. Connects quickly and easily to Bluetooth items. It could have with a volume knob.

Radio works great. Easy to navigate thru the menu ptions for various entertainment. Fits perfect in our vehicle. Satisfied with our purchase.

I don't care for the display options. It does not look like the box, for sure. I also miss the dials, but that is personal taste. Do be aware of the high additional cost for install items. It added an additional $160 to my install.

So far it works well. I especially love having a cd player again.

I love the stereo only having a hard time using Siriusxm without my phone .I can not locate channel 0 when I am in Sirius?Katey was the lady who installed my stereo and she is a very friendly,polite and knowledgable person.
