Love this product so far!! Had a great installation, but did have to go back for a small installation fix because there was a big glare from the passenger window. After that was fixed its much easier to see - and I love the wireless android auto!

The radio has a backup camera system and I think it was like October last year it was wanting me to pay $99 fee again and I thought I had bought an extended warranty on this radio and I took the automobile in after I had it in storage out this year the backup camera still isn't working and automobile center which I paid $1,650 says it's the wrong radio

Radio was installed well just had a few issues with installation first the day i was to get it installed the tech called me 1 hour before to reschedule so i had to wiat like a week later but he told me i would get a discount but that didnt happen then the day of instill i went and picked up my jeep and he told me they installed a camera that the sold me but it was they wrong camera and i still had to pay the install and the price of the camera then when i got home the neighbor across the street told me my tire was falling off so i checked it and the tech never bolted it down just not a good experience

Not happy because when I get text messages while driving the playback only last a part of a sentence and then stops. A couple of other complaints but the main problem is the playback of texts is the big one.
