Broke to soon and is unusable, so not sure if I can return this for a new one

They stopped working am I able to return for an other pair

The volume is very low, and the bass adjustment doesn't work

Purchased for web meetings. Sound quality excellent. So far no complaints from others on sound when i am talking. Recommend others to purchase.

I love the JVC Headset for the sound. It feels a little heavy on the ears. Good for when you sitting and catching movies off of your devices.

Bought these on sale. Ear coverings of the headphones are on the smaller side. I find these uncomfortable after long periods of time. However, the sound plays very well and for the price I would recommend them.

2 years later, still going strong. Good battery life and few glitches connecting.

Good brand but quality was on the cheap side. Another bad thing was the volume, you could have it at max and it was like on medium volume. Ended up returning is and got another brand.

Picked up these headphones when they were on clearance and now I see why. I got them for my son to use and they fit him just fine and the there were no issues with blue tooth connectivity, sound quality and the mic quality. However, the foam padding constantly came off. Granted, my son wasn't exactly gently with them, but just fair warning that they can't take a beating like some headphones. The biggest issue was that after about 2.5 months, it would no longer charge. Luckily, I purchased this in Oct and was able to return it since it was within the holiday return period.

It is a good product but after about 30 minutes i feel pain in my ears

Low quality sound on these. More for a younger child maybe.

Great sound at a great price. I like the fact that these headphones block out most of the surrounding sound that can be so distracting.

For the price you can't beat it sounds like more expensive ones I brought in the pass will buy again

Comfortable fit, but they wouldn’t stay charged. Purchased them, charged them, connected via Bluetooth to our NordicTrack the first time we tried, however, the next day the battery was dead. Charged them again, used for less than 1 hour and the battery was dead when my husband went to use them later the same day. I feel like the battery shouldn’t be dying after only being used for 40 minutes...Could’ve been user error or just a dud pair, but I returned them for a more expensive, different brand, which I am much happier with.

For a pretty low price these headphones do a great job of blocking out sound. Audio quality isn’t great but is at least decent. Struggles to handle high bass at max volume but still work well. Connects to my phone with great ease too!

Bought this for my son and he loves them. Bought 2 more sets for my daughter and one extra. Great sound and easy to connect.
