Would not pair...

I have paired many devices but something kept these particular pair of headphones from pairing up with any device I tried. I was able to return these and upgrade to another brand which paired easily with all devices and sounds awesome, thanks to the Best Buy return policy.

Terrible item

Bass is almost non-existent even in bass boost mode. Cheaply made. Awkward location of controls. Ordered by mail and it came with the foam ear piece missing. Exchanged it for another one. Comparable Insignia brand headphones are far superior at a much lower price.

Not bad... when they work

JVC says one year warranty and take it to the supplying dealer. Best Buy, my "supplying dealer" says I need an authorization form JVC first.

Too high maintenance to use not worth it

Also they hurt my head a lot .. we're too tight even when loosened , and I'm a very petite person . Just not comfortable , not easy to use , didn't charge very well either kept having issues charging them . Don't recommend .

Pick another pair.

The do everything you need especially for the price. The biggest issue is after you charge them the do not want to turn on. I have to keep plugging them in and unplugging them over and over again to wake them up. It has taken 20 minutes of doing this before I can finally turn them on.

I purchased them on 8/24/2020 and they stopped working on 9/18/2020. BestBuy SUCKS they have a 15 day return policy, they know they are selling FAULTY items.

Junk Do Not Waste Your Money!!!

Our son used them one time and they would never charge again. We took them back, got a replacement and they are having the same problem. JVC you have a junk product here!!!
