Broke so quick it’s alright needs to be more sturdy

Horrible product. Will not hold a charge, and JVC and El Paso Best Buy @the Fountains have been completely unresponsive in trying to assist me in any way at all. Do NOT buy this product and do NOT deal with Best Buy. Walmart and Target have better products.

This product was very difficult to pair with another device.

I misplaced my good headphones on a trip so I bought these as a quick replacement. They were fine on the plan ride home and for a couple of hour long dog walks then boom. Nothing! They say they are charging but won't power up.

Has trouble charging 3 weeks in and teacher online has trouble hearing our student because of poor quality mic feature Would not recommend

When you are using this for a longer period, my ears tend to hurt because the way it fits my head and ears is really tight. There are also limited controls on the headphone itself like mute button is not available. For basic use, this is good for the price it has.

Fell apart in less than 6 weeks. These were a replacement for another brand that kept falling apart, they were $10.00 more & fell apart sooner than the previous 3 pairs. I suggest sticking to earbuds or spend more money to get really good headphones.

Got 2 of these for my boys. They have head phones already but since this was wireless and the price was pretty good, I went ahead and got it for them. They loved it.

These are the worst headset I've ever purchase in my life they malfunction after only 2 weeks of having them . I highly recommend stay clear from this item if you don't want to be disappointed like I was.

I purchased this for my son and it is good so far.

Can't wear it for long as an adult I'd prefer a larger oval for better noise cancellation and I'm wishing I bought the same ones my son did. The oval sets on top of the ear in stead of around it. I might fit a younger persons ear just not really an adults ear.

Blue tooth would not consistently connect to my Zoom or Teams Meeting. Would work to listen to my music on my computer, but not connect to meetings.

only problem is I CAN'T GET THEM TO CONNECT TO COMPUTER

These expensive headphones stopped working after 45 days, so by then not able to return. Would never recommend these cheap headphones.

Bad, the headphones only worked for a month, it lost the connection and the music was cut off.

Everything is perfect only thing is wish it had a optional 3.5 aux port and there kinda tight so if you were glasses it will.hurt after 1 hour or so.

Works fine for phones but when connected to laptop to use with zoom - audio is awfully distorted as if it comes through awefull static. It not just not nice. You can not hear people speaking.
