They broke in less than a month… I can’t hear out of them

It is slightly uncomfortable on ears after putting on for over 1 hr

I need to exchange it. I guess I bought the wrong thing.

These headphones are just excellent! For $50! Thats a great deal! I’ve had my pair for over two years and they are still holding up very well! My only complaint with these is that, these do not have an auxiliary port. Aside for that, these things are great! Highly recommend!

I have yet to be able to charge it. I use the cord that game with the headphones. Red light flashes once when I plug it up and hours later it is still not working. I just put it away and try it again. Still not working.

Hurt your ears after a while, wouldn’t recommend..

Lasted 1 day, not worth the money. Was easy to use, but that was all.

It was ok.... not really for music or the gym. Just buy Sony!

Problems with bluetooth connection. And battery life.

had to reset the headphones every time I tried to use them so they would connect to the tv. Returned them and got another pair and had the same problem. returned them for another brand.

Bought these to see if they’d be good for a flight

Very uncomfortable and I am not picky and sont to claim to be sound expert but this one is really bad. It sound like the thing they hand out in airplanes

Hi bought this one to my surprise, it didn't work. There was no user manual. So I googled it. Followed those instructions. I even charged for 2 hours. But no sound. I used (+) button still no sound. I went to Best Buy to replace this. There was only one piece available but neither they allowed me to take that as replacement not did they agree to repair this. Very unsatisfactory service from Best Buy and also product received was not working condition. I am unhappy with them.

I got these for free with my VISA Reward Points. I selected them based on so many positive reviews. So here is my review. The ear cushions are very comfy, fit over my ears, and mostly isolate background noises. The Bass Boost works best based on the source/genre of music; but I have noticed that without the boost the bass is strong enough for my 72 years old hearing. The headband is completely adjustable for probably every head size. It doesn't get caught in my hair as some earphones have done. The Bluetooth pairing is extremely fast and accurate, especially with my iPad and Windows 10 laptop. I takes a little extra time to pair with my Chromebook, but that isn't of concern. One thing I have found is that if I pair with my iPad, Chromebook, and Windows laptop and leave them all ON, reconnecting is a problem. The headphones are displayed in each devices Bluetooth settings, along with the battery percent left. I have to click on the headphone identifier with the device I want to use to reconnect and make sure the headphones are ON (the blue light is shown). If only one device is ON, then the auto pairing/connection is complete. the Volume works OK, but I prefer to use the devices volume keys. I don't intend to use this with my phone, so I can not give that a review. I have been reluctant to buy Bluetooth headphones based on pairing and number of hours before recharging; but these headphones work perfectly for me. I would have purchased these had I not been able to get them for free based on my past experiences with JVC corded headphones quality.

It is a nice product. Easy to use. We can't expect more from this for around $15.

I've been a JVC fan for quite some time, and was expecting more from these headphones. The Deep Bass effect has a muddy sound at higher volumes and the leveling sounds imbalanced overall at higher listening levels. They sounded much better at low to moderate volume, although I actually prefer the sound of these without the Bass effect active for most songs. As a bass lover, I think these would be disappointing to anyone expecting more than a tinny-sounding extremely conservative bass increase. These would actually be better if not advertised as having DEEP BASS. As a casual pair of headphones, these sound comparable to standard corded phones, but they are disparately out of place among a very crowded field of excellent-sounding Bluetooth headphones that deliver a much crisper (and stronger) bass effect. Not sure if it was just a bad set, but Id say only get these if bass is not a deal breaker for you. They will exceed your expectations if you are strictly looking for a basic pair of Bluetooth headphones. Giving this 3 stars since they are decent sounding overall and easy to use, but due to the apparent misfire on the Deep Bass, I would not recommend this to most folks that would be attracted to that particular advertised feature.
