Good for the $. Enough power to shatter my eardrums. Display is virtually unreadable in sunlight. Months later, haven't been able to find the equalizer to adjust out too much treble

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He is very happy with the system. The employee who helped me with selecting the system was very helpful. The install tech managed to squeeze us into a very full schedule.

Got this for my jep and its works great. No issues installing. A little difficult to set up and tune which is a bummer when you need to make changes.

Had an issue with the clock not holding the correct time zone but took it back out to BB and they fixed it. No other issues and it meets my needs.

I read many reviews that said this was a great radio, but my experience was much different. Once installed and I had all the settings set, it sounded fantastic. However, once the car was turned off and back on it would no longer use the settings that had been set for the cross over. This was not a wiring issue. All settings were remembered and still there, but they were not being used properly. Best Buy checked the wiring/settings and found no issues. The setting with an issue seemed to be the cross over. Once you navigated though the menus and just made a single adjustment to the cross over, the speakers would turn off for a moment and then come back on sounding great again. They would go right back to sounding aweful after turning the car off and back on. Best Buy recommended swapping the unit, so we did and the new unit did the exact same thing. Returned for refund.

Immediately took me in, diagnosed the problem, and replaced my radio and honored my previous purchased extended warranty.
