Radio itself works well, but the wire harness was missing. JVC was less than helpful in the process of getting a harness.

Head unit is to difficult to adjust. But the big problem is I had to take my vehicle back three separate times because the installer did not install it correctly. After the third time I just gave up. Everytime I get into my my car and turn on my music I get very frustrated at the quality of the sound. For the money I spent at best buy I sould have a better sound, I believe some wires are still crossed. Because each time I leave it's a different problem, and a different sound. I feel that Best Buy needs to correct this wrong.

We don’t like this radio at all. Horrible manual. Hard to operate for a radio! This is the opinion of 3 adults.

Overall the radio it was really good for the most part, except I really needed a remote. The description online says the remote is included. However there's no remote. Apparently there is a remote app for JVC radios. The app is junk.

Got this on sale for $59. It had 3 rca outputs which is what i needed. The face wasn’t a big deal i needed features over looks. Only draw back is my IPhone X won’t charge or read from the USB. And the time won’t stay set. Every time i get in and out of the car it resets. I have the memory wire connected, all other settings (radio stations, audio settings, screen color) it remembers but not the time
