Just got the unit today. It's refurbished, so there are a couple of scratches and signs of wear on the remote, speakers, etc. touch operation is something new to the shelf system industry. Has a sound boost and a bass boost. Took me 10 minutes to setup, but I was rigging two other sets of speakers with it. I really like being able to control the iPod via remote. You can dim the display if the lights bother you. I know things like that drive me crazy at night. Sound quality is good. Don't let the picture here fool you, the unit is small. I don't like the fact that there's only one input in the front. I wish it had RCA jacks in the back for more speakers, lines, etc. You can control many features of the iPod from the remote which is great. Hand-waving feature is cool and not a problem for me. CD player's good, USB player works too. Make sure you've connected to provided antennas before using the tuner or else AM may not work at all. Pleased so far!
