    Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Received it and plugged it into the computer to charge it and load some songs. The first thing is that the touch buttons are horrible and do not respond well when trying to navigate. The menu is horrible. Just when I was about to transfer a few songs, the screen displayed a horizontal rainbow. I tried everything, turning it on and off, resetting it, and nothing worked. Returned it to Best Buy and bought the Sandisk Sansa 4GB which has been great and was about 20 dollars more. Do not buy this item, it is cheap.
