Kabam Gift cards for Kabam games
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two (2) 50 dollar gift cards to redeem for game play on Kabam. One of the cards worked, The other didn't work. On the receipt that accompanied them, It said for refunds return to closest store. So I did. At the store, I was informed that I had to return it to Kabam. I showed the clerk the fine print to no avail. I have since retuirned the card to Kabam. It has been more than 3 weeks. I have heard nothing back from Kabam. Poor overall experience.

Kabam Cards

When I tried to use it the numbers were not recognised and now I find it impossible to contact by email. Look around the site and just cant find it. So guys can you get something done here please ? Thanks, Serge

Non existing customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they have the worse customer service at kabam, its almost non-existent. Its always a gamble when you use their cards, if it goes through your all good, but if it fails your pretty much out of luck.
