Everything comes apart to clean and was pretty easy to figure out what went where. The motor was strong enough to thin slice a Chuck roast and the adjustment for slicing was easy to move to a different thickness. I didn’t care for the plastic backing and wish it was stainless but everything works as expected and overall was a good purchase.

Very nice slicer. I like the dial with # display so you always slice your meat the same size every time as long as you remember the number. Comes apart easily for cleaning. The blade is super sharp. So far everything about the slicer I love. Makes the best jerky. If you slice your meat when it’s partially frozen you get nice even sizes every time.

Made pretty well. It has many plastic parts as well as metal, but more substantial than some. Easy to clean and works well.

Very nice machine. Works fine, could be a bit more powerful. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I’ve used it twice so far and I am pleased with its slicing ability. The one drawback I did feel was that there is no catch tray when you are slicing. You have to put a plate along side it to catch the sliced pieces. Additionally it could have a bottom plate to catch juice or drippings when you slice warm meat like a roast beef or corned beef. If you get it on a deal of the day, it’s worth it. I wouldn’t pay regular price for this machine.

Ok product! It does slice meat good, but not on that level you see in stores! It’s good to buy on deal of the day! Otherwise it’s not worth!

Looked over reviews before purchasing, this is not as loud as my blender or as hard to clean as my airfryer. Easy blade unlock for cleaning, thin slicing, this is one of my favorite kitchen items. Back plate is metal, and if you have ever used a professional meat slicer, they do not include a slice retriever or plate for catching (which would cause more contamination or mess).

No more cutting meat manually. I've always wanted a meat slicer but couldn't afford the professional one. This saves me a lot of time when I make marinated pork bbq and it cuts like a pro fro a fraction of the cost. Got this when it was on sale and with my reward dollars I was able to save a lot of money compared to the professional meat slicer that cost $800 - $1500. Works great with ham too.

Great so far. We use this to slice meat for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. This slices much better than the older cheap one we had. Normally we had to partially freeze the meat with the old one. This worked well.
