    The materials used are some what flimsy and the motor isn't the smoothest.

    This unit has a lot of features but almost everything is poor quality plastic for what it is expected to do. The whisk wobbled and tore up the plastic bearing. The chopper sounded like it would not survived either. I did like the immersion blender though. The DOTD price is good but I returned it as the quality of the unit does not seem as though it would last very long.

    I like that this is a combination. I also like that you could use the blending adapter to blend small amounts in cups.

    Way better than a slap-chop, made some bomb home made roasted tomato soup and used this bad boy to blend it smooth
