Not only did the basket handle fail repeatedly and not stay firm, the knob broke off as well because it is very cheap plastic. This product will not stand the test of time. Not even a few months.

By reading instructions, setup was very easy and yes the handle works fine if put together correctly. Very little clean up. Having the clean out for the oil is well worth the extra money.
