Works well. Great aid while cooking; two hand not needed to dispense. The drawback is that it stops a third of the time because of the head becomes clog. Easy to address by removing the lid to dislodge the ground. But it is a nuisance.

These salt and pepper grinders are very nice. They work great. No turning just tilt them for your salt and pepper. You can also adjust how fine you want the salt and pepper.

First of all, I screwed up! I purchased this set before Christmas as a gift. After Christmas, I found that one of the pair would not operate. The motor was dead. I could not find my receipt and had forgotten where I bought them. Contacted KaloriK as they had not even been filled. With no receipt, had to send them photos etc. and paid to send the pari back. To date, I've not heard anything from them or received a working pair. I've since found the receipt. With the receipt, I could have taken them back to Best Buy. All my fault but questionable factory suppot? They look like good quality grinders.

Nothing beats having fresh cracked pepper and unfortunately many of the automatic mills all use the same flawed design. After my last one fell apart I decided to give these a try. I am happy to say these are solid and do a great job. I am very happy with them and they are a great value for the money which for the amount you saved you can use it to purchase the 12 AAA batteries you need to power them!

I bought these for my husband a year ago and everyone that comes to my home for dinner loves using them. I just bought them recently as a gift for one of my relatives because she loved mine so much and she was thrilled with them. They were a little bit more than I normally would pay, but they're worth it. Only downfall, they take 6 batteries each. But it's been a year and they're still going strong.

Both mills stop grinding in about 6 months, when you open it you see a leak from motor inside. This thing has a warranty for a year, however, the shipping cost which you pay to return the item is about the price of the item and the Kalorik customer service is awful, they do not answer phone or reply to emails, best buy won't help either since you have to go through Kaloric. My worst purchase at Best Buy as of now.

Although the stainless steel looks nice, neither of them fasten together easy. They both take 6 batteries each. I would not recommend this product at all!

I love that you just tilt these over and they begin to work! easy to use while busy cooking in the kitchen!
