I have an Xfinity cable box, PS3, and PS4 hooked up to it. I have to use the remote to make the switch since I hid the unit behind my entertainment center. I have not had any video, sound, or any other issues with the unit. The misses and I didn't want another remote, which is the only reason why I purchased this unit.

didn't work

I have traded HDMI cables and tried different ports nothing works. I tried calling the support number and have left numerous messages and have never heard back. Disappointing.
