    I always wonderd what an old style Japanese shaped pillow felt like. Actually is comfortable when Iam streched out on my carpet. I soften the plastic spikes by using a towel over it. Back support could be larger.

    I have had a lingering rhomboid strain on my left side. Nothing has been able to allow me to continue through my workday, until I found this mat. 30 minutes of laying on this shirtless and I am pain free. After trying the doctor, chiro, massage, and rolling out daily this product somehow put me over the edge to recovery.

    Feels calm and relaxing after 10 minutes of use. Even standing on it for around 10 minutes feels good. It will take some time to get used to the mat.

    This did nothing to alleviate my back pain. All it did was momentarily distract me from my usual back pain by providing its own version of pain. Just slap yourself in a face a few times and you'll get the same effect for free.
