Had to call in to find out why my computer was acting up. They were extremely helpful over the phone and could not have been more patient!

Customer service is usually satisfactory. But I must add that we’ve come across several workers that don’t seem motivated enough to offer their assistance. They remain doing what they are doing, whether it may be on their cell or behind a counter. While we have stood in front of them waiting for their acknowledgement. Kinda starts off the experience on a negative note. But some are very nice & take the extra step to assist you.

This was actually very time saving. As soon as I arrived it only took a couple of seconds to verify information and the product was received on time.

Old phone bit the dust. Clerk recommended this phone - S7. Purchased and clerk transferred data from old phone and worked until everything was working.

Geek squad is very reliable. They are able to quickly diagnose and fix problems easily.

Hooked up phone blue tooth, pandora radio, so that it it plays thru my truck speakers.....it is great. Thank you so much.

AGENTS REATTACHED WIFI ANTENNA TO MY WIFI ADAPTER CARD. IT WORKS NOT
