||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the customer rep. that had helped me all 3 times with this product miss led me by telling me faults info about getting the 700 off the s20 ultra phone he had told me i did not need to get the unlimited plan in order to get the 700 off the phone and they also said my bill will only be 120 when in reality it was going to be 190 dollars a month so i took it back and tryed it for the s20 fe witch i like but did not like the attuited i had gotten from the young lady that had helped me and she also messed up my other phone by activating a new sim card for the s20 instead of putting my original one i had in the s20 ultra and i had spent little over 3hrs getting my s20 fe phone straightened out

The headset was ok but it didn't last long
