I asked through the web site if this product was compatible with my TV. I provided the model and make. The answer was yes the Microphone System was compatible. When I received this item I could not connect it to my TV. This is not compatible. My first microphone purchase from the store did not work with my TV as well. Terrible customer service and product knowledge. I cannot get my money back because I waited 20 days to return the first product. I received a gift card. The second microphone was more that my gift card so now I am out even more money!! Very frustrated! My

Unfortunately 1 of the mics works and the other won’t charge. There is no way to just get a replacement so now I have to send both back.

The product I think would have been great but when I received the order via mail and opened the package I could tell right away that the box had been used…even worse the microphones looked as if they had been used severe my…really left me with a lack of trust ever ordering again online. Truly angry with BB on this because I needed the microphones for my wedding and they don’t carry anything else on stock!!
