If I have to use something other than Windows Defender, this is the least obtrusive, yet most effective, security suite. I used AVG for years but it became cumbersome and hard to control. Kaspersky protects well enough without making me angry : ) One unqualified positive thing is the Safe Money module that further protects internet use of banking and other secure-type sites. 4 stars instead of 5 because as far as I know, there is no security software that both works and is small and transparent enough to seem almost friendly - that one could get 5 stars.

Considering myself pretty knowledgeable about computers and internet security is one thing, but who can say no to free with purchase subscription? It is worth it and will do the job for you. The only thing stopping me from a complete 5 star rating is the need of discarding all other security programming to run efficiently which is okay and not a deal breaker, but sometimes it's good to share.

Always leery of using "provided" security software preferring AVG or Microsoft Security Essentials, however this software is fitting the bill. Not sure I will need to download a different security software if this one continues to perform as it is. Definitely worth the trial period...so far, so good!

I guess this is an excellent product since I have had no security issues since it has been installed. In the rating of an internet security program, I believe that no news is good news. (I assume if it wasn't performing it's job, I would be experiencing hacks, identify thief, pop up issues, etc.)

July 1, 2015 I was hesitant when I purchased my first version of Kaspersky software. However, the ease of installation and the ability to protect all our pc's and laptops with a single product was one of the reasons I have renewed my service for a three year extension each time. My family has not encounter any major problems with viruses or malware since we began using Kaspersky. I don't have to worry about upgrades since it's automatic and we have a peace of mind that our computers are protected.

A nice piece of mind item that I probably would not have bought but it came with a new laptop I bought. I do like having this software watching out for malicious websites and keeping my information protected.

I've dabbled with a lot of anti-virus, standalone firewalls, and internet security suites over the last decade and a half. I can safely say that Kaspersky is one of the most reliable ones I use. You won't even feel it, and it will prevent you / warn you if you're entering a malicious site by accident. You can't go wrong, especially if you get it in a bundle.

This product is easy to install and does an excellent job of protecting my laptop running behind the scenes. No annoying pop-ups or interference with my work.

It took a while to set up, and the first scan took a long time, but it keeps my laptop protected and so far, virus free so I guess this product works.

I guess since they give it to you with every computer purchase it's great, right? I haven't had any issues with it, but haven't used it very long tho.

Kaspersky Internet Security definitely comes in handy when a virus comes. This Internet Security has worked perfect. It has an easy fast setup.

What else can I say about it. As far as I know it's protecting my PC. Some of the protection is a bit annoying until you tweak the settings.

This software is excellent. Very light weight, doesn't use too many resources to slow the computer down and seems very complete. I have used many virus protection programs in the past and this one is very easy to use. Highly recommend, and when it is included with the purchase of the computer, it is even a better deal!

It came free with my laptop purchase, but I already know it's the not the best of antivirus programs. Works fine for a free product.

I liked the product when installed but soon started causing compatibility issues with other add ons/ extensions so I had to remove.

came with the new pc, so for free it isn't bad software. easy to install and excellent starter ware for a newbie.

Seems to have trouble updating automatically sometime will continue to say outdated even though I just updated it

In fact, I did not use it very often. Because I am good at computer stuff. Normally, I solve problems by myself.

Very good virus software. Easy to understand and updates itself automatically or you can choose when to update.
