If you use a computer you need this. Good investment.

We have recently been hacked and the 1st thing we were told was to take our computers in to have them cleaned up and thoroughly checked for dangerous bugs that might have been messed with while the hackers had been in our computers. We knew that our Geek Guys at Best Buy would do everything they knew to clean up all of our hard drives. I was quick to make an appointment to take them both in and they got me in right away. They explained what they would do and when they felt like they would be completed. Everything looks good and our accounts have been replaced.

I've never strayed from using kaspersky Products from my Days working for two major corporations. They used the product on their company field laptops. I renew my subscription when on sale at Best Buy and works out great. You have the tools to solve issues within the programs and chat access if needed plus I can add my cell phone and Ipad too. You can auto renew product if appropriate. #1 in my Book!

Computer viruses removed without losing data which is great. Protection quality remains to be seen. A lot of annoying pop ups about security of web sites that I've always used. Not sure of how to respond sometimes and they interrupt my grandson's work for school

...Until we found out the company was apparently doing more than they were allowed to as far as obtaining information they were not legally entitled to. A pity. At present, being a proud American, I would not use their services.

Product recommended by Best Buy team member. I respect the knowledge of staff members and rely o their recommendations based on my needs prior to purchasing items that I may be disappointed in purchasing and therefore limits any returns due to dissatisfaction. Thank you Best Buy for the training of your sales team. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

Glad I made the purchase! Well worth the investment and time. Product was recommended and I am glad that I listened. I have the support of the Geek squad anytime I have questions, concerns or problems with my new computer. I would have never thought that I would need it. However with technology sometimes it is just easier to have support!

The installation was quick and easy. It seems to be working okay but haven't had a need to use it yet. I was not very happy that the local store did not have several to choose from with different prices.

It keeps things out, that's for sure. It won't let any e-mail thru and I don't know how to fix it. My iPad said I have over 300 e-mails, but my new laptop with Kaspersky says I don't have any e-mail.

I have used Kaspersky internet security for a number of years and whenever I try something different it always convinces me again why I chose Kaspersky the first time There is a vast difference in the quality of Kaspersky and other internet security products. I highly recommend this product.

I like the Kaspersky anti-virus software because it continues to be updated. I also appreciate the technical support services when you call in for help. Very precise and helpful with problems.

I purchased this for a gift. The picture is very sharp and the zoom feature is wonderful. My husband really likes the easy use for picture taking. Only downside we had to purchase a USB cable to download his pictures to the computer. It was only an additional charge of $6.00 through Amazon.

The Protection Plan at Best Buy is the best ever! They REALLY STAND behind them! I have been an avid customer of Best Buy for over 10 years and wouldn't buy my electronics anywhere else!! The most trustworthy people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with on any product I've purchased!

As far as I can tell its doing a good job, but I don't go out of my way to test it against viruses/Trojans, etc. That's better than being able to tell that it's not doing its job.

I have been using the Kaspersky Internet Security for several years now, and it has protected my PC from all attacks. The latest 2017 version continues their effective protection, and makes using the Internet more enjoyable. I know that I am protected.

The Kaspersky Internet Security package is through yet doesn't slow down your system. Have installed it on all 3 laptops, 2 HP's & 1 Dell.

It's a little slow but for young ones doing their homework or adults who don't need to do major amounts of work on it, it's a very good laptop

Works well, it's efficient, does not shut down computer. If on a website purchasing an item it pops up asking "if you want to search in a protected browser"? which is great for privacy while doing transactions.

I like the fact that anytime I log into a banking account Kaspersky automatically switches me into a secure mode with a privacy keyboard. I also appreciate the discount by buying it at the same time as the computer.
