Inexpensive protection

It was a little difficult to download. I ran into problems completing it online so I had to call the help desk, They got it done, but it should not have taken that extra effort on my part.

It takes care of all my internet security. That is the place that I always worry about protecting. A good quality product that is easy to use.

Good security

However this is now a download version not a disc. I prefer a disc as there is less chance of infection than a downloaded version if you have no loaded security. I would not buy this again for that reason.

Good but Annoying

There are too many steps to just perform a full system scan and every time I want to use credit card protection it opens a new window. Why do I need a new window to do the same thing? Annoying unnecessary steps.
