Product is easy to use.seems to catch lots of problems. I needed to call customer support..waited over 20 minutes on hold...twice...never got a real person.online chat was of no help. But tech sport does answer email questions quickly.

I like having my laptop clean. Kaspersky anti virus fixes everything that needs to be perfect to stay clean and protected. When I want to scan my laptop it gives me options what I want to scan: custom, full, and critical areas scan. When I choose full scan it can take up to a day to scan my whole laptop, it's just because I have lots of files and programs. Except that, the backup plan. When I connect my flash drive I can do a backup plan, I kinda hate that, but when I have more GB I don't have to worry, but it doesn't take lot of space anyways, it's just a few mega bites. And once I was done I don't connect my flash drive often, and it doesn't require to do it, unless if I want to. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the product and I'm always choosing Kaspersky, because it's the best anti virus program there can be.

Software installed easy. Registration was quick. A great value if you have a laptop and desktop. Only issue I had is that the backup setup does not allow to external network drive. Only looks for disks, dvds, or USB drives. So I have another software backup routine that goes to the network drive.

This product is great as I have recommened it to several friends as it has many excellant features

I've been using Kaspersky now for three years. It is by far the best anti-virus I've used. It does take a while to figure it all out though. Not everyone is up on the computer lingo. Once you realize what does what it"s awesome.

I found this product by accident a few years ago, and it was great than, and it only gets better every time. I am very pleased with it. It catches the viruses before they become embedded on your system. If you want that ultimate protection than KASPERSKY is definitely the way to go.

I love the added Safe Money feature. I prefer to pay bills on line with this feature for added protection. I had more problems using Norton and MacAfee. Actually, so far I have not had issues since using Kaspersky.

My previous yellow and black security was a constant problem, I was told about Kaspersky and thought I would give it a try, so I uninstalled my previous and installed Kaspersky 3.0, ever since my computer has run much faster and trouble free.
