This was installed by best buy and was free for the first year. It is a system that we use at work so I was already familiar with it. It is easy to use. This is very user friendly. You just need to remember to run scans periodically. I would say this may be more critical if you have many people using the computer and going onto the internet searching frequently. The same thing with e-mail traffic. Hopefully household is knowledgeable about phishing e-mails and if e-mails end up in spam folder that usually do come into my in box, I don't open them.

I have Kaspersky AntiVirus on my Windows 7 PC. When I filed my Kansas Income Tax online, I had to shut off Kaspersky, because it prevented me from using Kansas Web File. I also have Kaspersky on my older Vista PC. No problems there.

I have been pleased with this internet security system. It was easy to install and has not slowed down the system. So far, I have been pleased.

Kaspersky Internet Security hasn't let me down yet. My other system is running on a free download from several years ago & hasn't let me down yet either, so I'm a little skeptical about the money spent for this. Time will tell.

Came with a new laptop purchase. so far so good. Not having any problems with it. No strange pop ups from the security programs. It seems to be doing its job, behind the scenes.

This is the 2nd time buying this protection for my computers and it was very easy to install and kept my computers free from viruses and bugs!

I bought this with my Mac even though Macs don't really get viruses. It protects my computer really well and is very easy to turn on and off.

Usually these products work well in the beginning (when the computer is brand new) but over time, it seems that viruses will get into your computer no matter what so I've just lost all hope having software to protect my PC.

It comes with unique protections such as secure input for passwords and protection of financial exchanges, but when I looked up its rating for virus protection, it came up short to even some of the free software available.

We have been using Kaspersky for years and the virus protection seems to work well; plus they allow you to put the virus protection on three computers, so I was able to add a friend's computer who had no virus protection.

I purchased this product based on the customer service rep at Best Buy said he uses this because he does a lot of online shopping and banking. He said this was the vest protection for online shopping and identity theft.

This is a new product (company) to me. I have used AVAST for years at home and work. So far so good. It's a very easy install and Best Buy even offered to install it for me. It's free for one year and so far no problems.

I always prefer Kaspersky products from others. The only problem I had was when I went online and tried the trial sample from the company's own website to see which product is better and the one they recommended ended up messing up my computer. I went to the Best Buy store and bought the same kind I had before (different box look) and installed it that day after removing the other one. Not only did the product installed right away, but it ran a full scan without being told and now my computer is running a lot better.

This antivirus is definitely better than the others I have tried. I takes a while for installation and you have to do three separate parts that could be together. Besides that no complaints about the use of it.

The product download was easy and I have found the program simple to navigate. So far I have been pleased with its performance.

Works well alerts me with any issue. Geek squad set it up for me so I had no issues with setup. All in all its a good product.

This internet security surprised me a bit. I was expecting it to be some cheap internet security software but it works fairly similar like other ones such as Norton or McAfee. But overall, its not bad.
