    I like the product but did not know that you had to register it twice, once upon install and again on the website. If you do not do this, you will not get any virus updates.

    The Mac version seems to run in the background almost unnoticed, Whereas my PC version used to just bring the system to a standstill When it was updating virus protection

    It's not easy to understand like Norton or McAffee. I still don't understand how to change settings and I don't think I've used it long enough to give an honest opinion.

    I was going to install this on my new Mac, but just to make sure I was doing the right thing I asked the Apple rep. in the store. Yes, some Best Buys have an Apple Rep. in the store full time! What a great idea!! He informed me that I should not intall it. it is not needed and it would do more harm than good!! He gave me examples of customers that had installed this and had nothing but trouble. it's good that Best Buy includes this with their PC based products, but unnecessary with a Mac.
