Don't like it because it's not user friendly and slow.

I dropped Norton to get this because it was suppose to be so good. I installed it on 3 Computers. Upgraded my comps to windows 8 that this was suppose to be totally compatible with. Next thing you know you can not get into standard Microsoft app like pictures because kapersky says they were untrusted. moved them to the trusted list and kapersky put them right back. Talked to kapersky tech support for almost two weeks everything they say will work does not. Dumpedbthem I am using Windows defender it is a Microsoft program and is said to be the best free program on the market for windows 8.

For years I've used AVG on my computer or laptops and I really like Kaspersky. The software is always talking to me and making me aware of things needing to be done on my computer. I feel safer having it onboard.

I had a bug with the licence key activation after one week after I installed the program. I had to reinstall it but didnt have my licence key anymore! Lucky for me I received an email from Geek squad at the same time to remind me this number.

I have had this installed on approx. 9 computer systems over the past few years and have had minimal disruptions...I believe it's due to this technology and level of security protection.

This little laptop was a good price. Great graphics and good speed. But, I wish I could have gotten a touch screen. Windows eight was hard to get use to until I added a wireless mouse.

Best Buy gave me a year of security when I purchased my laptop. I got the best possible deal on a great computer and they threw in the best security free! Can't beat Best Buy (:

I have gotten this product through Best Buy and also directly through Kaspersky. The customer service is much, much better with Best Buy. I will always go through Best Buy.

I love this program, i've used other programs before and was not really happy with them. This is the second time i buy this product and i will buy it again when it expires

This product came with my Lenovo Ultrabook. To make a long story short, I ended up buying Norton 360 for my notebook. This product made me nervous. I'm not sure it had me covered like it said it would.

I bout this product because it was recommended by the sales person but this product is not easy to manage. It really does block everything and if your not a network administrator then you will most likely become one with this product. Wonder why you can't access certain sites for product management, its this software. Wonder why you have to acknowledge every product update on your computer that is automatic, thank this software. Rather had just bought Norton antivirus than having to manage every application on my computer every time me or the family get on the thing.

I highly recommend this product for anyone who uses the internet. These days any connecton to wi-fi can open doors to the wrong people. You need the protection.

It works really well at protecting my computer. It lets me know which websites are potentially threats and keeps me updated on when to scan my computer.

this is by far the best Antivirus that I have used and I've tried a lot, Name Brand and others. Kaspersky stands head and shoulders above the rest.

I have used Kapersky anti virus for about five years and find it to be more effective at protecting my computer than some I have used in the past.

You can activate a security check anytime. It gives you detailed run down of errors. Access to on-line help. Gives you a running expiration time.

I don't know if it is the product or best buy.I can't get any help & I am a 79 year old that isn't as smart as he should be.I am saying now that I would not recommend

I had to use a password to access msn.com at first. Then I had trouble opening my email due to this product. It took several trips to the geek squad to get it right.
