I would have rated this excellent after installing on 1 computer, but since adding it to the 2nd and 3rd computers in the household, I am constantly getting emails saying my "trail" has ended, even though I have entered the activation code on each computer. Not sure if further instructions are needed when installing on multiple computers as the product describes it is for up to 3 computers but doesn't seem to recognize the code on 2 of them. Otherwise the product does what its supposed to do.

I like this product a lot. Better than my experience with Norton in the past. Everything runs without using too much RAM. My only issue so far is with the password protect feature. I believe there is a conflict with the desktop internet explorer and the password protect feature, as it freezes or runs slowly when I tab to the password field. This doesn't happen when I use the internet explorer from the start screen though.

This product came with free 6 months, but I don't plan on buy once the free service is up. It's good for those at high risk

Did not use on my mac, am not real confident in installing items in which I am not educated. I have always been told I do not need this sort of software on my macs.

Good product with a great price. However, term is only temporary, should make it permanent.
