Blocked secure Web content - no one could fix it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad had to restore my new Asus laptop to its installation image because we couldn't fix the problem. I removed McAfee from the computer and installed the product, which seemed to go fine, but then any secure content was blocked - both full pages or partial pages. I called Kapersky and their help desk said "they didn't have a script for this", the rep then told me I'd have to pay $45 to talk to a technician or I'd have to go back to the store and have someone on the Geek Squad help. So I took it back to the store. No fun. Two Geek Squad guys tried. No luck. So we gave up. Now I'm using Webroot. It installed easily, runs quickly. No issues.

Hands down the easiest software to install!

Walked into Best Buy sales associates were very helpful and showed me all products, but reviews on this were the best. The price was not bad compared to other out of date protection software.

Wrong anti-virus for my tablet

When I went back to the store, they told me that Kaspersky does not work in a tablet and I needed webroot. I had purchased Geek Squad protection but they had me put the anti-virus into the tablet and I could not get it to download into my computer. First of all, I should not have been sold Kerpersky and secondly, the Geek Squad should have put it into my tablet instead of me having to fight with it and have to call the help line for Webroot.. Best Buy really dropped the ball on this purchased and I've lost a lot of faith in them.
