package is ugly but product works great

Very easy to set up and works great I am happy and feel a little better we spent $900 on a computer and 20 to protect it it is a no brainer in my book

Great internet security

I tried it after asking several Best Buy associates what they use. It protects while not being annoying or slowing down the computer.

Disappointed

I had to drive to the best buy 2 times (2 hours) to have the issue worked on. Finally in the end, I just went with another brand. Disappointed but now protected.

we think it loaded a Delta search

It was very difficult to get off. Had to call and pay for the geek squad.

Not friendly

I know who I want to open attachments from and don't need this to decide that for me. It prohibits me from opening and attachments and I don't know how to reconcile that and the help feature is useless
