Usually anti-virus software tends to bog down the start up and processing of programs however this one does not seem to affect the laptop at all. All starts up, programs run, and shuts down without wait times.

I need a protection program and I dislike Norton, so I got this program. I wish I didn't have to have any program. I hope it works as it is advertised. The employees at best buy recommended it to me.

I downloaded your program when it was done it proceeded to crash my laptop computer. I called your tech support and they told me I had to purchase more stuff. Forget that. I have to buy a new computer as it is and you want me to put this on my child's computer your nuts. I have told anyone who will listen to me what your program has done and what you guys wanted. So you have not only lost my business but theirs also.because I purchased a product from you and it crashed my computer you would not help me fix it but gave me a new bill because I have buy a new computer now.

Great software but my new computer came pretty much empty as far as software is concerned so not much to protect. I don't like that it's only good for one year. You should only have to pay for something once.

Love Kaspersky, have used it many times. Love the way it scans automatically, and if I have to, I can quick scan a file or download if I feel it necessary.

Since Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 was installed, I have gotten 2 viruses that I now have to have Geek Squad remove. This is all within 3 months. I question the level of security this product claims to have and the effectiveness of the product.

Kaspersky interferes with the new printer we bought, a HP Photosmart 7520. We cannot print with one laptop & when we print with the other laptop we have to turn printer off & then on. Also, cannot connect ipad to printer with all the problems.

I'm not sure of the value of having this on my Mac. But so far it has found spyware, malware,some contaminated stuff and a couple of viruses. I like that it can be used on (3) macs or computers and that it updates every time I turn my Mac on.

Buy it. This is the best Anti-virus Software. It is incredibly power and will find the problems other programs will never catch. But with all that power comes a lot of options when you are setting it up.

I hate paying for help against mean people, but when I do, I choose Kaspersky every time. Reliable, easy to use, and doesn't hog my computer like some other "Internet bouncers". *cough*Norton*cough*

If prefer Google Chrome, but when this was installed GC was taken off of my computer. Nevertheless, my computer is up and running. And no viruses, malware, etc...has gotten on the computer since.

Very satisfied with this product. So many others to choose from, and this product came highly recommended from several people I trust. They were right to sing its praises, add me to that list :)

I have been with the Kaspersky antivirus for 5 years now! Never had any problem, my computer runs fast and not slowly like some people complains. I will always going to choose this antivirus!!

I would not recommend using this anti-virus software for the average personal laptop. It slowed down my computer and was clashing with the Windows built-in software. After one week, I went back to Geek Squad and had it removed!

I bought it with my computer. hated the one with my cable company...it never was right...and had to update wayyyy more than it was efficient. Recommended by salesperson, and it's been good.

This product was installed by the Geek Squad so I have no idea about the ease of installation. I can only assume it is doing the job of protecting my system as I haven't had any problems.

After spending an unsuccessful 2 weeks with McAfee tech support, it was a pleasure to install Kaspersky in 15 min! Kaspersky was recommended by my financial advisor, and boy was he right!

I got this for free with my laptop and would've definitely used it if I didn't get a free Norton suite from Comcast. You can't beat a free year when you would need to buy it anyway,

This is definitely an average application. Given its inability to screen and identify a Trojan recently, I have to suspect its ability to protect my computer. Thanks to the Geek Squad the problem was identified and solved.

This program saved my computer! I had some issues with a Trojan, it slowed down my computer and affected my Internet access. Kaspersky was able to fix or remove all necessary issues.
