So when you buy this a digital code should print at the bottom of the receipt unless you used a Best Buy phone number then it goes to your email, but the mine isn’t attached to my email properly so I can’t access the game code the person I talked to at the store wasn’t able to help me so I have a cool plush, but not a plush worth what I paid and no game. Wish I had realized it was digital and that Best Buy no longer printed all the codes on the receipts.

Never got a code, called customer support and went to the physically store multiple times only to be sent in circles. I would make sure that you get the code before making the transaction. Overall very disappointed in the purchase due to the fact I spent allot of money on just the plushie essentially, which is nice quality but I would have loved to play the game it was based upon.

I went in store to buy this item and was very excited to bring it home for display. When I finally had the time a couple of days later to sit down and install the game via the code that the box said would be on the receipt, there was no code on the receipt. So now I have to go back to the store and see what happened and why I didn’t get my code. This would have been 5 stars if everything worked like it was advertised.

The game itself is great. My review is on the state of the product. The box it arrived in was completely fine. The game box itself, however, was completely damaged and open.

My game is rendered useless with out digital code... not cool best buy
