I upgraded my wife’s iPhone from the X to Xs and she was disappointed that her favorite Kate Spade Case didn’t line up correctly around the camera. So we went to Best Buy because they have a good selection of Kate Spade cases available in store. She loves this case and fits awesome for the Xs. She is a little concerned about the bottom of the case because it has a huge cut out (I’m guessing for the speakers) that leaves the botttom frame exposed to being scratched or nicked. Overall she’s happy with the purchase.

I am very happy ~ this Kate Spade case is a perfect complement to my gold XS iPhone. It personalized it for me to reflect my own style and protect my phone at the same time. I purchased this during quarantine and the Cuyahoga Falls Best Buy staff were wonderful to work with which made it a great shopping experience for me...so buy the Kate Spade case!

It doesn't look like what I thought it was going too. My phone is the space grey (dark grey) and I was expecting the case to be mostly clear, with the flowers, but the case is white with flowers. Which doesn't look as great on the dark grey. Overall the quality is very good and very protective.

I love this case. My phone is gold so you see that through the case. It happened to be on sale also for half price!

This case has style, quality, cuteness, and is really pretty with bling.

I love everything about it. The case is strong sturdy beautiful. The only thing I don’t like is pushing the side buttons is difficult, the plastic is to hard so buttons won’t push in easy.

This case is super cute and stylish, but I expected higher quality from Kate Spade. While it keeps my phone protected, the matte finish on this one scratches and flakes off very easily leaving the case looking worn.

Big brand but quality is so poor! I think Kate spade should carry on with production or handbags only! Other items are not their expertise! I am going to spend 50$ to get a new cover and pop stick! Last but not least disappointed with Best Buy customer service they simply refused to give me even exchange offer! Waoo what’s the point to be a member and carrying Best Buy credit card!

I bought this phone case for my iPhone XS and after 3 months of usage the side broke. I was very disappointed. Now this case is just lying in my closet. I wish kade spade would have made it a little durable like Apple phone cases. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO CUSTOMER BECAUSE ITS WASTE OF MONEY IT HAS LOOKS BUT NOT QUALITY AND DURABILITY.

I love everything about this case. It’s pretty, practical and sleek...not at all bulky to carry. Very easy to hold and slides easily into pocket or purse.

Love this case! The design is just the right balance of simple yet stylish. Also the case is not clunky but thick enough to make me feel like my phone is protected. The material of the case helps you grip the phone well when holding it so if you have butterfingers I’m sure you’ll do fine with this case.

The Kate Spade phone cover is pretty. Then I found the same case at Five Below department store, without "Kate Spade" wrote on it for $20 cheaper. So if you buy the case I bought, you are basically buying the Kate Spade name. So it's on you. Labeled or no? If I would have known it would have been NO for me. Case is functional however.

I bought this cover for my silver iPhone X The cover is a bit bulky but seems to give good protection in return It’s elegant and beautiful The top part of the design in the back of the phone goes across the apple symbol and it covers the silver ring around my phone as well, which I wasn’t a fan of But overall, I’m happy with my purchase It’s very feminine and pretty

the case is really cute, with minimal design. its light and doesn't hind my phone from fitting in my pocket. it also covers all corners of the phone

Bought this as a gift for my girlfriend when she got her new iPhone X. She wanted it semi-clear and the back lace pattern creates a really cool look on her black phone, subtle tone on tone. Picked it for heavy quality construction, the amount of protection it provides the $1200 phone and the fact that it said it works with wireless chargers, which it does. She wanted a case that allowed it to wiped and sterilized, which this one does. Top quality product, would buy again.
