Meh - It'll do but it's not the best fit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this case for my wife as a cover her silver iPad Air 2. She likes the look and feel of it. However, her only complaint is the case is not specifically designed for Air 2. The rear facing camera is nearly obscured due to the camera opening design is primarily for the first iPad Air. It does function but it doesn't look like a Kate Spade accessory should.

Excellent if you have an iPad Air & NOT Air 2!

It will fit, but the lens and microphone will not match up as Apple has been very clever to switch the position of the lens and mic on the back. If you have an iPad Air, this is an amazing case and I oh so wish it was available for the Air 2. I unfortunately am taking it back because i can't deal with an improper fit.
