I liked the fact that there was padding behind the zipper so it does not scratch my device. There is only one thing I really don't care for and that is the lack of an extra pocket either inside or out for your cord or mouse. Works great for the purchased purpose.

Exactly what I wanted

I’m in love with everything Kate Spade. It fits my laptop perfectly and there’s not too much wiggle room so I’m not worried about damage. That being said, it’s not thick enough to just drop it carelessly. However, I think if you did drop your laptop with this case on it wouldn’t actually cause any damage- just anxiety(:
