I really do love these speakers. I got them on sale and I think they're fantastic, especially for the price paid. I also bought the KEF stands. They're a bit pricy but they work well and look good. The sound of these speakers is definitely high end. Very good imaging IMHO.

The little driver in this speaker is just amazing. A bit directional. But on female vocals and chamber music the sound stage is so good you will feel like the musicians are right in the room with you. Add a subwoofer, or two, and you are set.

[Employee of bestbuy] It was between these or going with a Sonos Arc, and I'm 100% glad I went with these over the Arc. They can't do Atmos, but the ridiculous amount of clarity and soundstage these have more than makes up for it in my room. For both music and movies, these ruined soundbars for me.

Wow...what a nice speaker. The sound is very clear and get a clear music stage in front of you. However, if you like bass/warm sound, you may consider to buy another subwoofer speaker since this speaker does not have good bass/warm sound.

Amazing Speakers. Had the KEF Q300 bookshelf and while I loved it. This is leagues ahead of quality music. Paired so far with a Denon receiver 4300H in bedroom and a Arcam S20 integrated amp in the living room. Both sound amazing. The Arcam sounds better, but you would enjoy it either way. Separation, reverbs, decay and image are things that come to mind. Using Tidal Masters as its source streaming through Roon to my Arcam Receiver and to the S20 at the moment.

I love these little guys. I use them for listening to music and occasionally mixing music. You will need decent amplification and a good subwoofer to get the full experience. Also why are they so prettyyyy

Very clear and crip sound. Delivers a wide soundstage and plenty of power with a decent amplifier powering them. The design is also very nice and fits in to any decor whether its in the living room or listening room.

Great Speakers at this price, if you have never listened music in a proper way. Huge leap from non audiophile listening. Maybe lack a bit of bass.

I really like these speakers! I’ve gone through and tried out a variety of speakers from the Kef R3’s, Bowers 606 S2, and Martin Logan 15i. I have ultimately settled on these since they provide a very good sound stage, excellent separation of musical instruments in the mix, and they look stellar with the matchin Kef S2 stands! I’m currently powering these with an Arcam SA20 and it does a great job supplying enough power to these speakers. Curious about the Cambridge CXA81, though I think the warmer characteristics of the arcam blend well as this speaker can seem bright out of the box. If you listen to vinyl and love to hear all of the details in the music , these speakers can’t be beat! The R3’s were pleasing, but looked too big on the S2 stands and “melted” the mix together a bit more.

For many professional reviewers, this is THE benchmark small speaker. I'll focus on a few specific points. I'm using the LS50 Metas in a 400 sq. ft. room with a Lyngdorf TDAI 1120 (a streaming amplifier with room correction) and dual REL T/7x subwoofers. The Lyngdorf is rated at 120 watt into 4 ohms (consistent with professional review measurements). For me, the Lyngdorf does fine with this speaker, even though the LS50 is not efficient. Would more wattage sound even better? I don't know. Without subwoofers, bass is surprisingly good at lower volumes. But the LS50 is not designed to pump out bass at higher volumes. And very low bass simply doesn't exist. If you want bass without subwoofers, you need to look at alternative speakers. Subwoofers, however, transform the LS50s into true full range speakers.

These speakers blew all the others I tried out of the water. They were certainly more expensive, but their sound quality is just worth it. I have them on a desk and the uni-Q driver rocks hard no matter where I sit. I absolutely recommend these to anyone who moves around the room a lot, has a closer listening setup or a small/medium room. However, you're going to want a subwoofer and a powerful Amp. 100 watts if you can!

Its pretty much impossible anymore to hear speakers before you buy them, especially against other speakers. Instead I relied heavily on reviews I found online as well as what others have written. These speakers are better than I expected. Full field of sound including a very good bass response which surprised me. I especially like that they are bookshelf size so they don't take over my room. I use them with my Cambridge amp which has 75 watts per channel and drives them easily. I am still old school and as much I like wireless, I have a hard time giving up on what works well.

Can't beat these speakers for the price. I picked these up on sale and they easily beat anything close to their list price. They do take a bit of power to drive due to their "low" sensitivity. I have them paired with dual Schiit Vidar 2 amps in mono block mode and they sound amazing. Great small hi-fi speakers.

Beautiful speakers that match my decor so they are wife approved. They sound great but you'll need a good Receiver to get the most out of it.

Good sound quality. Can't use other than with direct input from CD player. The amp connections don't work properly but that's likely an issue with the amp itself.

Accurate to a fault. Bass is weak (to be expected). Just didn’t find them to my liking. They were meant to replace my B&W towers but they didn’t measure up. I found them fatiguing and not rich enough in the midrange. As studio monitors they would be great. They would also be good for people who like very detailed speakers. They were just not for me.
