Never buy a vinyl album from Best Buy ever again!

I bought the item brand new but it skips on the 1st song of side A. Tried returning it to Best Buy but I was told it was a final sale thing so I'm stuck. What kind of nonsense is that. The album was sealed like brand new but it's defective and yet the store won't take it back to replace it. I will NEVER buy an album from Best Buy ever again!!!
