Pluses: 1) It's the most ergonomic mouse I could find. You can rest your hand on the side of the hand while using the mouse, thus avoiding putting pressure on the palm and the carpal tunnel area. You don't have to move your hand around since it's a trackball mouse. 2) The mouse works fine either with wireless USB dongle or Bluetooth. Minus: It uses 2 AA batteries. I don't yet know how long they would last for me, but Kensington states up to 18 months. Overall, I love this mouse. I don't feel the hand and wrist strain I used to feel after using horizontal trackball mice. I feel I can keep off the carpal tunnel syndrome that I've had for a month awhile ago, by continuing to use this mouse.

This trackball is very easy to use and is comfortable on my hand. The accuracy of the pointer is very good and the button placement adds to the comfort of use. I will say that as I use this trackball, it has a tendency to move to the left while in use, requiring repositioning. Also, I'm having to use third party software to program the buttons as I cannot get the Kensington software to properly work with this trackball.

Before this, the Prestige Evoluent VM4 vertical mouse (small) was the best vertical mouse I had ever used. I needed a vertical mouse as I now WFH, and that mouse was a bit pricier so I got this one. There is DEFINITELY a learning curve; you're going to have to re-train your brain to get used to using a roller ball. Also, not having to grip anything is a strange experience. What matters is, after a full day's work, I have no pain in my wrist or hand. I don't know if I'd say this is better than my Evoluent, but it's good enough. I also LOVE that it has Bluetooth and USB dongle connection...who doesn't love options?

My brother recommended me to look for a vertical mouse. My wrist movement is pretty restricted after suffering an injury, and this was an amazing solution. I still need more practice to use it as a gaming mouse, but this one is great for work.

I needed an alternative to built-in trackpads and don't have a lot of desk space so I needed something that didn't require a lot of movement. I'd used something similar to this trackball in the past and liked it. I'd bought previous Kensington products found the build quality excellent and long-lasting. I've used the Pro Fit Ergo trackball for several weeks. I like it a lot and am very satisfied with it. First, it's very comfortable to use. It fits my hand very well and the buttons are within easy reach. Second, the Kensington software allows me to configure the trackball to fit my style, and it allows additional customization within individual applications. You can use this trackball with multiple devices. I'm currently using the USB adapter on my work computer and Bluetooth on my personal p.c. Both work flawlessly. You have to hold down a button to switch from one device to another, but once you get the hang of it, switching is a cinch. I will probably try connecting this to my iPad next. I would definitely recommend this trackball if you are looking for a comfortable pointing device with customization options.

This mouse is great! My wrist often bothers me if I hold it flat with a regular mouse for a long time, but with this mouse at 60 degrees, it doesn't. It only took a few minutes to get use to the track ball for my thumb. I enjoy it so much I am going to order another for my desk at work. I also like that I can use the usb plug for my desktop and connect via bluetooth to my laptop. I would highly recommend this product if you have any carpal tunnel issues.

Nice product but occasionally there is a hiccup. Stops working/moving periodically. Takes some time to use but ultimately a good product.

This mouse has performed better than expected and feels better than other similar mice. Ease of use and smooth operation, no hang ups nor delays noticed in movements.

it's a trackball that works with both your computer and android tablet. I use it normally on my computer but for my tablet its very good for using drawing programs.

Tracking and scrolling are wonky. Contacted support and no matter what we tried it wouldn't work. Kensington sent me a replacement and it acts the same. When scrolling it will randomly jump backwards and when tracking across the screen it will go all sorts of directions. Really disappointing because I love the ergo shape and all of the customizable buttons.

Love this mouse. It is as good/better than the Logitech MX ergo. 3 connections(2 Bluetooth and 1 DPI). Smooth track ball.

I purchased this for use with my macbook pro and related software. The ergonomic design is perfect taking any stress off of your wrist. It has your typical left-right click, plus a scroll roller in the center which also has a scroll left-right function. Brilliant. There are also 4 programmable buttons which I set up to be copy and past and undo & redo. Awesome tool that helps me be more efficient.

Was a lot more complicated than I coukd get use to. It would take an extensive amount of time to adjust but it was quality just couldn't be precise enough for my work.
