Bought this for full price. Its a nice screen and installation was easy but unfortunately I couldn’t install it for a few months during the covid scare. The radio started restarting itself non-stop soon after installation. I figured maybe I did something wrong so I paid an installer to check the install and everything looked good. Thats when I reached out to warranty. Had to mail in the radio, but they told me it arrived broken and I would have to pay almost full price to have it repaired. Whats worse, the only way to get it shipped back would be to pay them another fee. I lost 1500 bucks on this thing. If you buy this, make sure its installed and tested the same day and run it through its paces before the return window ends. I wouldn’t trust the warranty process for this manufacturer. Lesson learned.

Great sound & really good separation. The ability to have such sound clarity in this unit is astonishing. Looking forward to years of enjoyment!

I am satisfied with this receiver so far but the only annoyance is that some of my HD radio stations are not displaying station and album arts that i'm so used to when my 7" Pioneer AVH2550 Nex was installed. Other than that it's good.

Love wireless carplay and mirrowlink. Still have to get used of how everything looks bigger on that 10" screen.

Fair warning to android auto wireless users!!! Google disabled auto android auto wireless start 2 years ago due to a driving mode bug and the way headunit manufacturers implemented auto start of android auto wirelessly. Other manufacturers updated their units to correct this bug and now auto start android auto for their users. Anyone who purchases a kenwood unit and wants to use android auto wireless will see the "standby" screen once their headunit finishes booting. IF you are driving you will need to then press the android auto button on the home screen of your headunit just to get it started. Otherwise your big pretty headunit will sit there with a giant "standby" logo on the screen.

Made my 08 FJ new again! Love this thing! Wireless Android auto works great once you figure out your phone settings.

So far a great unit still haven’t under features much but so far so good, resolution is better than expected. Definitely gives you your bang for your bucks as far as features.

best radio, better than alpine, i had Kenwood before, switched to alpine,but came back to kenwood

Best stereo I’ve ever had . Was scared the speakers would not sound as good as stock but this kenwood stereo enhanced my sound overall.

This Digital Media Receiver is the BOMB! It's display is bright but the screen can be shut off and it still plays & streams...handy controls and integrates with my Ridgeline's current audio features. Apple Car Play automatically connects and now it displays my back-up camera view on my 10" screen! I'd recommend adding an XM antenna as that's an internal feature of this device.
