I got this to replace an old car radio and love it. Love the Bluetooth option especially, it allows me to drive hands free and listen to music off my phone. Love that it displays song titles and artist and my kids enjoy the color changing display. Only thing is I wish the clock was larger on the display, it's a little had to see. Other than that it is great!!!

It has more pros than cons. The main pro is that it is a good replacement head unit for the OE Head unit in the Chrysler Crossfire. The silver finish is an exact match to the silver dash in the Crossfire. The display color comes close to the Crossfire's OE green instrumentation dash lights. Plus, since this is a marine unit, you don't have to worry if you get caught in a downpour with the top down. This will be one things that won't be fried if that happens. It's also easy to install. You will need a set of Mercedes radio removal keys. Then you will need the Scosche VW01B Power/Speaker Connector harness and the Metra 40-EU10 Antenna to Radio adaptor. Best Buy does not have either of these. Once you get the Schosche harness, you will need to switch the red and yellow wires (positions A4 and A7) and then insert the Loose Blue/white wire in position A5 in order for there to be sound to the speakers. Once you have done that, solder the wires from the Schosche yo the Kenwood harness. Once you've done that, disconnect the battery and use the keys to remove the OE unit. Slide in the sleeve and press the tabs in so that it is secure. Connect the harnesses and then connect the Metra Antenna adaptor. Then slide in the Kenwood until it clicks in place. Reconnect your battery and enjoy your new sounds! Total time to install is about 15 to 20 minutes (the time it takes to place the heat shrink and solder is calculated in the 15-20mins to install). It may take a few minutes longer to place and install the microphone for Bluetooth talk. I didn't install it, but I do use the Bluetooth feature to listen to My Soundcloud Playlist. The only drawback is that you can't see the display in sunlight. Hence the 4 Star rating instead of 5. That's especially the case if you have the top down. Other than this, I can't find any other cons. It does what it says it is s'posed to do.

I purchased this stereo for my husbands birthday, to replace the factory stereo that came with our boat. Great reception, nice added features. Works great for a nice day out on the water!!

I needed a marine stereo to replace the defective one in my boat. This one was easy to install. its easy to use and has bluetooth to sync ipod.

Put this in my boat after deciding I needed an upgrade. I was very happy I did. This is so easy to use and gives the boat a cleaner look. Must have.

Got this radio to replace a 6 yr old marine stereo. It's bluetooth ready which is a BIG plus!! My daughter can stream her own music or i can listen to Sirius All Access from my phone. It's great to know when texts or calls are coming in, especially when running the boat.

I got this as a Christmas gift to be installed in my 08 Harley Road Glide (FLTR). Since I ride all year 'round a marine radio was preferred. This stereo installed just fine and with the schoche wiring harness all the hand controls worked. Bluetooth connected, XM... it was all there. The problem was that I couldn't see the screen when seated. I changed the colors, made sure brightness was max'd. BestBuy installers told me there is nothing else to be done. The only way for me to see it was to either be in my garage in total darkness, or to stand on my boards to look straight into the screen. I have since removed this stereo with a black on white screen marine radio.

this radio reception is fantastic and is just what I was looking for... tried some other 'ways' to get better reception in my jeep, but they were not to my wanting, until Jason at the store told me about this... so he installed it, and it is fantastic!
