    So far the best unit kenwwod came out with only down side you need a eq to get more clear of the sound because there built in eq is not the greatest

    The stereo looks great in the box, no issues with shipping or delivery. However, the sales and installation teams are separate, even if they try to tell you differently, what they quote is so far different, this experience was horrendous. Quoted $50 for installation, scheduled, and even had both the sales person at Best buy and their corporate recorded lines verify installation with parts I had to order because they couldn't get them. When I showed up foru appointment I was immediately told that there would be additional costs, and asked if I still wanted the work done. Turned out they had me order the wrong parts at $500 cost, so true installation would have been an additional $1000. Installation at Best Buy is a scam! Tried to talk to a manager...he said yup, that's how it works. Best Buy or Geek Squad installation is a massive, Horrendous Scam! Be Warned

    Bought the unit and had it installed with the Geek Squad insurance. The unit didn’t last five months. Geek squad is making me take the unit out myself and no help at all. Completely waste of time and money.
