Junk/poor Customer Service at Toledo Ohio Best Buy

This chair is not met for anybody over 6 foot and not even close to somebody that weighs 300 pounds plus.
First, it’s too short, very uncomfortable on the legs and I’m 6’2” build quality of the frame and support junk. MOST IMPORTANT it plainly says this chair can be returned to any store that is a flat out. Lie tried to return it. Best Buy Toledo was told their hands are tied. Have to send it back in the original box which came with a giant hole in the side in crushed, but I opened it like a fool! I’ve already put it in the back of my truck to take to the Salvation Army and I will warn them. This is not for a large person. Shame on you, Best Buy.
