Absolute trash. The dimensions on the product page are inaccurate. The chair is extremely wobbly and unstable. After putting together this garbage and realizing this mess, I immediately contacted Best Buy support but they asked me to contact the seller. Seller was
No help. Even after returning, he would not issue the refund so I needed to escalate it to Best Buy’s support. After a battle of almost 2 hours, my refund was issued. I will never buy anything on this site again. This seller is a scammer. This chair is the crappiest office chair. Absolutely do not recommend this trash!

I love the feel and fit of this chair. The swivel and rocking features are nice to have and very comfortable besides.
