I would like to express my sincere gratitude to this BAMBOO PARTNERS company. Due to a shipping company’s mistake, the pull-up bar I ordered was lost during transit. As you may know, such situations can be very troublesome. The shipping company was difficult to reach, and the online retailer (in this case, Best Buy) kept telling me to contact the shipping company directly.
