The app provides recipes and tips that are useful. I love trying out all the different features on it and creating new drinks. The reason for the 4 stars is when it is brewing, there is backsplash from the coffee as it drips into the cups and I little coffee splash marks all around. I also use the reusable k-cups that can only be the keurig brand (that are pricey), when with my previous keurig I could use whichever ones I wanted.

Love the fact I can now control the strength and temperature. Had difficulty connecting via WiFi, but truly no need!

I just cannot say how great it is. The frother is easy to use. With a large reusable Starbucks cup, two double shots of your favorite dark coffee, whatever flavor adds you like, frothed milk, high (3 light) setting, high line in the frothing mug, and as close as I've ever gotten at home to a coffeehouse latte. Just fantastic.

Works great I’d only say if you get reusable pods don’t get them in black! It’ll have a hard time recognizing it but other than that an amazing product!
