They do exactly what they're designed to do. And Best Buy has the best prices and delivery processes. This coffee maker I purchased was a replacement for the exact same model I had the was about 10 years old that finally failed.

I have this thing plugged in and sitting at the end of desk, so I can lean over and get a cup of coffee whenever I want. The only feature I wish this one had as opposed to the Keurig I keep at home is the ability to make a strong cup of coffee. This machine just has the selector for size of the cup, which is generally fine for my purposes anyway.

So I suggested this because I can get use out of it to make my hot chocolate and I heard you get better quality taste. The first time he used it he became absolutely in love with this purchase and wishes he would have done it sooner. He said his coffee has never tasted this good.

We didn't need a coffee maker with a large reservoir. The only downside, and the reason I gave it four stars instead of 5, is that we do have to refill it with water daily. Not a big deal for us.
