Noisy Even When Turned Off

With the other two, when turned off, you didn't know it was there, but this one sounds like it is a transformer ready to blow at any moment. So, this is pretty much unplugged at all times, and when it isn't, it definitely reminds us to do it with its incessant humming. Like I said, I've had two like this one in the past, and they didn't do this before.
