It was almost identical to my old Keurig. I highly recommend this product. I also have to say that before buying this one I purchased a Bunn which was awful because it had a terrible plastic taste that nothing would take away so it went back to Sams.

I don't like my coffee piping hot, so if you do, you may want to look for another coffee maker. I am not a coffee aficionado, so any medium to dark coffee is fine for me (plus lots of sugar and cream). Bought this on sale, so happy with the overall value.
