As always the cap for the water well is always cumbersome (and on other models as well). Otherwise it's fine and does its job well.

This is plain and simple and works perfect every time.

Great basic K-cup coffee maker

No settings for strong brew either. Upon removing the bottom portion for larger mugs, it still doesn't fit both mugs that I have. Still overall satisfied with this K-Classic Keurig.

Cup of coffee ready in 3 minutes. I use the smallest cup for the most caffeine. Highly suggest one of the reusable filters for fresh beans

I don't understand why, after hardly using this unit, it would hardly brew ANY coffee. Cleaned it out, still no luck.. Even though it was clean! Called keurig, they replaced it. Now our REPLACEMENT is doing the SAME THING. I'd understand if we used it frequently, but we don't! How does this make sense? Don't waste your money.

Love it! Quick and easy to use

It takes about three minutes to make one cup of coffee or tea when you count the water heating up and placing the k cup inside.

OK, like the ability to try different coffees.

Then decided to try a Cuisinart single brewer that lasted less than a year. Decided to go back to Keurig. So we've had it for about a month and so far it's been great. We were disappointed it did not have the filter system included with this model.
